Bounce House Rental Questions
We offer setup on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, pavers and sport courts. Unfortunately, we do not setup on rocks or gravel in an effort to safeguard and protect the vinyl. We will need access to electricity within 25th of bounce house set up. We ask that set ups occur without party guests present to minimize chaos :)
Our bounce houses have a maximum weight capacity of 8 kids or 700 pounds, whichever is exceeded first
Cleanliness is of the utmost concern to us. We clean our inflatables after each use with a non-toxic all purpose cleaner. Followed by sanitizing with a hospital-grade disinfectant. Best of all, our cleaning products contain no additives, carcinogenic preservatives, alcohol, phenol or vocs.
We are fully licensed and insured and ready to deliver to any park that allows inflatables. Please consult with the directly for further assistance. You will need to ensure that there is an electrical hookup or generator available to power the blower and pump the inflatable. We are happy to provide proof of insurance and permits upon advanced request.
If our bounce houses are damaged due to negligence or preventable circumstance a repair charge will be incurred. A cleaning charge may also be applied if the items under the general rules are to be found overlooked. The general rules are as follows to ensure your safety and the integrity of our inflatables: No shoes, no food or drink, no overcrowding, no wrestling, no silly string/confetti, no sand, no face paint, and no glitter.
To secure your date, 50% of the deposit will be due immediately. The rest of the rental fee will be due 7 days prior to your scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable, but we can apply your deposit to a new date. If reschedule is needed please provide a notice of 7 days prior to your event to ensure proper scheduling. Keep in mind all bouncers are first come first serve and your date will not be secured or guaranteed until your deposit is received.
Bumper Car Questions
Bumper cars need to be set up on a flat and even surface. Preferably on cement!
No, our number cars are a drop off/pick up service. Adult supervision is required at ALL times.
Our bumper cars are designed to last about 3 hrs long! Chargers will be available to recharge during your party.
The recommended age is 1.5 to 6 years old with a max weight of 70 lbs. Adult supervision is required at all times.
